In order to reserve your balloons, we require a signed contract and an initial non refundable deposit of 50%, which reserves the event date and time and is required if event is schedule more than 14 days prior to event.

Cancellations are not accepted for special occasion bouquets or loose balloons. You can contact us 72 hours in advance to change the date for the delivery but not refund is made for loose balloons and special bouquet orders.
